Will I be able to track my order?
• Yes! All orders will come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
• No tracking option will be provided during checkout. Tracking will not be available if customer select this option and CottonBeri will not be responsible for replacing lost packages through this option.

Please note CottonBeri is not liable for any missing packages that was due to an incorrect address input by the customer. Any packages that are marked delivered and was not received by the customer will be reviewed case-by-case. Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal offices before contacting CottonBeri if a package was lost in the mail or during transit. Once the package has shipped out, CottonBeri does not have any control over the post office, lost shipments, or any delays that may occur.
